The buying request form collects the product or service needed, quantity, destination, contact name, email and optional company, WhatsApp and specification information.
Purpose
The information is stored as a private RFQ record in WordPress so an authorized site administrator can review and follow up on the request.
Public visibility
RFQ records are not listed publicly by this theme. Contact details should only be shared with relevant personnel and suppliers as needed to handle the request.
Before launch
The site owner must replace this sample notice with a jurisdiction-appropriate privacy policy, set a retention policy, configure secure hosting and access controls, and define how buyer data is shared.
