Information collected
The buying request form collects the product or service needed, quantity, destination, contact name, email and optional company, WhatsApp and specification information.
Purpose
The information is stored as a private RFQ record in WordPress so an authorized site administrator can review and follow up on the request.
Public visibility
RFQ records are not listed publicly by this theme. Contact details should only be shared with relevant personnel and suppliers as needed to handle the request.
Policy scope
This page describes the current inquiry form. The site owner still needs to confirm a privacy policy appropriate to the business and service regions, including retention periods, access controls and data sharing arrangements.
